About Darron

Darron is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise in IT, FinTech, PropTech, Internal Audit, and Cybersecurity. His extensive experience spans both the public and financial sectors, establishing him as a seasoned practitioner.

Recognized in the World CIO200 (HK) list, Darron currently serves as the Head of Information Technology in the public sector, where he oversees strategic technology initiatives and spearheads digital transformation efforts.

Before his current role, Darron held several senior positions within a prominent global financial institution, including Senior Audit Director and Assistant Vice President of Information Systems. His contributions significantly enhanced organizational performance and led the organization’s digital transformation journey.

Darron’s professional qualifications are extensive and diverse. He holds two Master’s degrees and numerous certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Fellow member of CIMA (FCMA), Certified Financial Technologist (CFT), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). These credentials attest to his comprehensive knowledge and expertise across multiple domains. In recognition of his exceptional accomplishments, he has been conferred an honorary doctorate degree.

Outside his professional endeavors, Darron actively engages with various professional bodies and contributes to community service initiatives. He holds prominent positions in several organizations, including the Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA), ISACA (HK), the Hong Kong Proptech Association, the Lions Club of Hong Kong IFC, Scout Yau Tsim District, and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ).   After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:

  • 1st strike: 1-month suspension
  • 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
  • 3rd strike: Banned

• No-Show Policy
  For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
