About Raymond

Raymond's recent appointment as an INED for BCT Group, a leading pension solutions and asset servicing provider, leverages his expertise to advise the board on pension scheme and MPF matters.

Leveraging his deep industry knowledge, Raymond now focuses on empowering individuals to achieve financial independence and early retirement, a concept known as FIRE.

Raymond has held pivotal roles in asset management, including Chief Distribution Officer at Manulife Asset Management, Deputy CEO of Value Partners (806.HK), and a stint at Blackrock. His entrepreneurial journey led him to the education sector, further diversifying his professional portfolio.

Now a financially independent investor, Raymond thrives on achieving work-life balance and personal well-being. He is an avid marathon runner and tennis player, values quality time with his family, wife, and rescue dog, Snowy, and is committed to philanthropy, striving to make a positive community impact.

  After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:

  • 1st strike: 1-month suspension
  • 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
  • 3rd strike: Banned

• No-Show Policy
  For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.

  • 3rd strike: Banned
