HKFWE will feature 5 main areas:
- IRIS's most popular stages - Yoga Stage Powered by Cathay;
- Fit District Powered by NTC, IRIS will be hosting a few fitness classes;
- a globally-renowned HYROX Fitness Race;
- Gym Village.
To top it off, the expo also invited over 100 brands to help participants shape the lifestyle they want, and deserve and to achieve a happier healthy life.

- Reward photos are for reference only.
- Booking is subject to availability only.
- Each ticket is only valid for the selected day. If you plan to attend for more than one day, you will need to purchase separate tickets.
- Each Premium Ticket comes with 2 IRIS classes. You will receive further instructions via email by HKFWE in October or early November to select your classes in advanced.
- If you want to attend more than 2 classes on the same day, you will be able to sign up on-site subject to availability of the particular classes.
- Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged or cancelled by the volunteer.
- By participating in this experience, all parties agree to indemnify Time Auction and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Time Auction.
- In times of Tropical Cyclones and Rainstorms, please contact the reward sponsor directly for arrangement.
- In the case of dispute, Time Auction reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
