About Esther
Esther has more than ten years of experience in the payments / fintech space, with the addition of cryptocurrency exposure in the last five years. As the Global Head of Issuing in Crypto.com, she leads the card issuance business which is currently the largest crypto card program in the world. She has led the expansion of the Crypto.com card adoption into 7 regions, spanning from Australia to Brazil in 3 years.
Before Crypto.com, Esther has acquired in-depth payments/ fintech knowledge through her experiences working in a bank, as a consultant and in a Fintech startup as one of the first 10 employees.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending time with her family (mainly occupied by two young daughters!) and exploring the world of NFTs, DeFi and GameFi.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to:- Application cancellation

- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned

No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
