Lindsay Jang is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Yardbird, RONIN, Sunday's Grocery, and MISSBISH. Lindsay began her career in hospitality at her family’s restaurant in Canada, but her passion for the food and beverage industry flourished after joining the Nobu team and opening Nobu 57 in New York City. After moving to Hong Kong in 2009, Lindsay knew that the only thing worth working towards would be a restaurant of her own and in 2011, she opened Yardbird with business partner Matt Abergel. In 2013, Lindsay and Matt opened their second restaurant, RONIN, and in May 2014 they opened Sunday’s Grocery.
A serial entrepreneur, Lindsay founded MISSBISH with two friends in 2014. MISSBISH is both a media platform focused on strong, female-driven content as well as a private label brand currently developing product in multiple categories. She has also privately consulted on multiple health & wellness and hospitality projects.
