Statement

In recent weeks, we have been made aware of anonymous emails sent to our partners and supporters falsely claiming that Time Auction Limited ("Time Auction") is an illegal organization. This statement is intended to clarify this misinformation on our legal status as a charitable institution in Hong Kong.

Founded in 2014, Time Auction is a registered charitable institution and entitled to tax exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance with reference no. 91/15276.
