An entrepreneur, an ex-banker and a father of three. Mr. Kwan Chi Man is a visionary who believes in empowerment and autonomy when it comes to corporate management. The proper way to engage employees is to trust them and give them flexibility and freedom. As the founder and CEO of Raffles Family Office, Mr. Kwan actively encourages his staff to take control of work and time, creating a fun and friendly working environment in contrast to the pressure box that many bankers or Relationship Managers feel they’re in.
