What we need

• Join us on 1 June (Sat) 1pm - 6pm to take photos & videos with your own equipment
• Be attentive and proactive in capturing key moments and significant interactions during the event
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to any confidentiality or privacy requirements
• Upload edited photos to shared drive latest by 6 June (Thurs)
• Ensure that the images and videos are well-composed, properly exposed, and in focus

Background

Beyond The Finish Line - WISE Film Festival is a celebration of the value that sports brings to our lives - physically, mentally and socially. Through a curated selection of short films, we will showcase the beauty of inclusion in sports. We are looking for volunteers who can provide us with photography support for the event. We hope to gather some amazing shots to add to our website and use for different communication and promotion purposes in the future.

What we have

We will have a call before the event to better understand the volunteer and provide guidelines to ensure a smooth process. The WISE team will also be there to solve any queries volunteers may have.

Why this is important

We are trying to raise the visibility of WISE through this event and also use the website and social media platforms as a key communication tool to keep us connected with all stakeholders and updated on what we do.
