Raymond is a founding member and the General Manager of SLCO Community Resources, the first NGO cum social enterprise set up based on academic research in CUHK. Before that, he worked at the Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies in CUHK, where he gained practical skills and knowledge in front-line services, back-end support, general administration, event management, funding application, impact reporting and project management. In 2016, He received further training from the Management in Social Enterprises certificate course at HKUSPACE and set up SLCO Community Resources with his team from the ground up. He has 12+ years of experience in applying for and managing project funds from the government, private foundations, and corporates. He has also been invited to coach teams in social innovation competitions such as Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (HKSEC) and Innovator Farm (IF).
