- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn about the technical issues on our website
- Look into the reason why we have the bug on our Wordpress website
- Access our host sever and fix the bug
- Share technical advice to improve the management of our website
- Prefer English-speaking volunteer having experience in Wordpress and website coding
背景資料
We have 3 websites that we are managing. However, in the past month, we have been having issues with malware despite having a subscription to Sitelock. Our websites have not been working at various points, so we would like to bring in someone that can help to see what the issues might be, to fix it, and to prevent it from happening in the future.

The volunteer will have all the access rights and a briefing call with our staff who manages the website.

Our website is important for promoting our mission and update stakeholders on the work that we are doing, it also allow us to receive online donations from our supporters.

We aim to better society by building relationships with donors and charities to alleviate poverty and food waste and provide food to those in need in Hong Kong. We reach out to a wide-range of people in need across the city. From underprivileged children, low-income families and elderly-in-need; to cardboard collectors and street sleepers, we care, love and serve them.
