我們需要

• Looking for volunteers with Early Childhood Education background (or education background) to assist with this event
• Interact with kids aged from 2-6 and assisting with game booths for them
• Assist in operation such as managing crowd flow and providing information to attendees
• Help with setup and cleanup before and after the event
• ** We welcome volunteers who can only join for 1 day to apply, but we will prioritise volunteers who can join for both days!

It is a public fun fair to promote early childhood exploratory learning to the public, parents and children from both partner schools and non-partner schools.

Project Vision:1. To provide underprivileged young children with large-scale, systematic high-quality exploratory experiences.2. To support underprivileged families and teachers in nurturing the diversity of young children’s explorations.3. To build a sustainable “home-school-community” ecosystem in Hong Kong, promoting tripartite cooperation based on community engagement.4. To establish an evidence-based intervention and evaluation model, measuring the impact of exploratory experiences on children, families, and teachers.As a fun fair for the public, it would be a highlight of our project to enhance a sustainable “home-school-community” ecosystem in Hong Kong, promoting tripartite cooperation based on community engagement. Also, it is a great opportunity to provide underprivileged young children with large-scale, systematic, high-quality exploratory experiences.
