Seeking a dedicated volunteer to help select and implement a CRM system to better manage client relationships
WISE 匯菁 is a charitable organisation dedicated to empowering people living with disabilities by facilitating their pathways to employment. Our team of recruiters - who has lived experience of disability - engages with candidates and employers daily, aiming to create meaningful connections and opportunities. To enhance our efficiency and effectiveness, we are seeking a volunteer to help us procure and implement a CRM system. This system will enable us to better manage our relationships with candidates and employers, streamline our processes, and ultimately improve our service delivery.
(1) Detailed Briefing: A comprehensive briefing session to outline our business needs, stakeholder landscape, customer journey, and specific CRM requirements. (2) Access to Key Personnel: Direct access to our team members who can provide insights and answer any questions. (3) Existing Data: Sample data and current documentation to help understand our current processes and requirements. (4) Technical Support: Assistance from our IT team for any technical queries or issues during the implementation phase. (5) Workspace: If the volunteer prefers to work in person, we can provide a workspace at our Taikoo office.
Implementing a CRM system will significantly enhance our ability to manage relationships with our candidates and employers. By having a centralized system, we can ensure that all interactions are tracked and managed efficiently, leading to better communication and follow-up. This will help us build stronger relationships, provide more personalized support to our candidates, and match them with suitable employment opportunities more effectively. Ultimately, this project will contribute to our mission of empowering people living with disabilities by improving our operational efficiency and service quality.

We are a charitable organisation with the objective of empowering people through employment. Our team members are professionally trained employment partners who support the careers of people with disabilities and accompany employers in their inclusion efforts. To be a sustainable force of change, we operate with a charitable heart and a business mind. We also partner with public, academic, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to ensure maximal impact. To empower our customers to build the careers they aspire for, we offer them a range of support. We could be helping them in constructing their CV, presenting them with job opportunities, preparing for an interview, or even building the confidence to share their workplace adjustment needs (removing barriers). We also help employers find the right talent, from our pool of customers, and educate them on how to be disability inclusive. Our team is our biggest asset, and they work tirelessly to help make a positive impact. We could certainly use help in making an even bigger impact.
