• Participate in a briefing call to understand WISE 匯菁’s business needs, stakeholders, customer journey, and CRM requirements (~1 hour)
• Research and provide WISE 匯菁 with CRM options, including pricing, pros and cons, and other relevant details (~4 hours)
• Onboard and set up WISE 匯菁 users in the selected CRM (~2 hours)
• Create 10 stakeholder entries across different categories (company, employer, candidate, etc.) to test and demonstrate the CRM’s capabilities (~3 hours)
• Adjust CRM settings based on feedback from the initial entries (~2 hours)
• Present the CRM system and handover to WISE 匯菁 recruiters, ensuring they are comfortable using it (~2 hours)

WISE 匯菁 is a charitable organisation dedicated to empowering people living with disabilities by facilitating their pathways to employment. Our team of recruiters - who has lived experience of disability - engages with candidates and employers daily, aiming to create meaningful connections and opportunities. To enhance our efficiency and effectiveness, we are seeking a volunteer to help us procure and implement a CRM system. This system will enable us to better manage our relationships with candidates and employers, streamline our processes, and ultimately improve our service delivery.

(4) Technical Support: Assistance from our IT team for any technical queries or issues during the implementation phase. (5) Workspace: If the volunteer prefers to work in person, we can provide a workspace at our Taikoo office.
