我們需要

• Looking for Cantonese speaking volunteers to assist with event setup, crowd control, and addressing participant inquiries
• Tasks include setting up and dismantling the event venue, providing route guidance, assisting with registration, distributing competition materials, supporting ceremonies, and maintaining order
• Event date: November 23, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• Our staff will contact you within five working days for a briefing
• You will be added to a WhatsApp group with other volunteers and staff members for event updates
• Dress Code: Event T-shirt (provided), sports shoes, and long pants. Volunteers will also help distribute completion gifts and refreshments

對我們的意義

The funds raised from the competition will go into supporting The Salvation Army’s community care services, helping those in need in the community (including but not limited to the elderly, homeless, caregivers, low-income families, etc.). As the Army has also been advocating community connection, it is hoped that the public can gain a better understanding of the Southern District’s unique history, culture, and communities with a fresh perspective through this competition, raising public awareness on caring for the community!
