• Join a 15-minute call to hear more about our mission and what we do
• Attend one of our peer support groups then attend training
• Host and lead a peer support group (usually 8 participants) once per month (weekday evenings) focused o mental health, general mental health, or a topic of your choice
• acilitate open conversation between adult participants who are experiencing similar challenges with their mental health

背景資料

There Is increased demand for our free peer support groups. We want to increase our number of groups and young people's mental health in Hong Kong. We need support group hosts who are aged 18-24. We will provide all necessary free training and shadowing to ensure hosts feel comfortable and confident.

Shadowing and training, management and scheduling of support group, and continuous support from our team to help you to develop your skills as a host. Subsidised extra training.

對我們的意義

Provding peer support for young people and increasing our peer support groups will allow us to reach more people in Hong Kong and make sure that no one feels alone, no matter what they are going through.
