背景資料

Mental health is a serious issue that affects us all in one way or another. Of course, we all have different experiences but one thing is for certain: no one wants to suffer alone.Talking mental’s walk & talk initiative gets people out and about in the companyof others. It provides a safe, informal environment for participants to ask experts the questions they need answers to.This is very much a community project, open to everyone at a time when silence and isolation is no longer the answer.

我們可提供的資源

We will have briefing sessions before the event with the volunteers to make sure they're clear with what they are doing each day. The volunteers will be working with an Event Director who will pre-arrange all tasks.

對我們的意義

This is one of our upcoming initiatives for the year and we are hoping that this could be an annual event to continue to raise awareness for mental health.
