我們需要

• Join us for a call to learn more about our organisation and expectations
• Help founders to post projects on Time Auction or other volunteer recruitment platforms to seek for suitable volunteers to work on upcoming projects (e.g. fundraising strategy, video/photographer for our events, partnership coordinators and more)
• To interview and select volunteers who are passionate in the cause and are equipped with skills to complete our upcoming projects
• Help manage and delegate tasks to volunteers that are recruited (be the bridge between founders and volunteers)
• Individuals with relevant background or have experience in recruiting and managing volunteers are preferred
• It'll be a bonus if you are good with Canva and can help with some easy designs too!

We have been a non-profit for 4 years and have just received our charitable status. We need some support to move forward to our next steps such as fundraising, strategy and our launch party. You would not be expected to do the fundraising, but help us manage the organisation's projects by recruiting the right volunteers and talents for us, so we can prepare for our next steps!

The founder / directors need to plan for future fundraising which will support our efforts to prevent child sexual abuse in Hong Kong. We just need to have more time and support to do that! ;)
