• Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and the event details
• Event will be from 6-8pm, please arrive by 5:30pm
• Taking photos during the event, including (unposed event photos, group photos, event highlights)
• Please share 10 photos next day, and 20-40 final photos later on
• Provide your own photography equipment
• Bonus would be some 30sec-1min videos of event for overall feel
