• Identify 10 (or more) animal welfare charities in Hong Kong and compile a list of the names of significant corporate and foundation donors (ideally with evidence of having donated HKD50,000 and above)
• Join a 30 minute call to discuss which of these significant donors should be prioritized for further desktop fundraising research
• Compile further fundraising information on the prioritized list of significant donors
• Join a call to review information on significant donors and identify which of these donors to make funding applications to

We need to expand our funder/ donor base to support the growing needs of the stray dog population in Hong Kong. Key expenses include medical costs such as neutering, preventative care and emergency treatment for ill and abused dogs. We also need to expand our kennel capacity to take in more dogs that are struggling to survive on their own.

對我們的意義

Demand for our services is overwhelming. Stray dogs are barely surviving in Hong Kong’s hidden places and Covic-19 has led to the abandonment of dogs as families are forced to relocate and cant afford to take their dogs with them. We need to identify new potential donors to approach to raise critical funding that can help us increase the capacity of our kennel and ensure that the essential food and medical needs of each dog can be met.
