我們需要
- Have a briefing to understand expectations of being an online recruiter/ coach
- Be on call when we have clients that need to talk to volunteers
- Talk to clients who call who are unemployed
- Expecting around 1-3 calls per month, each call's duration will be 45 min
背景資料
We are looking for reliable volunteers to help us take calls on Zoom (audio or video) to talk to unemployed people who have lost their jobs. This will be varied hours per month. You can speak any language on the list. We are especially looking for Cantonese/ English speakers to help.

We are looking for Recruiters and Career Coaches who can offer time to talk to clients. We will offer full training in an hour-long coaching session, supporting documentation and follow-up support where needed.

Information on optimising your LinkedIn profile. Interview questions to help you prepare and career coaching techniques. We will also provide links to free resources for upskilling/ retraining to change your job or career and articles to help with your mental well-being throughout your job search journey. We will also aim to match you with a professional to help if you would like to speak to someone about your job search. If you have been made redundant this will be a great place to find all the "back to work" resources you need in one place.
