• Prepare simple and engaging PowerPoint slides covering communication skills, effective teaching methods, and crisis management techniques
• Create compelling case studies and relevant training materials to empower them as student / peer mentors
• Provide the one-off online training lesson to our student mentors (~2 hours)
• You will be working closely with another volunteer. Once your commitment is confirmed, you can both coordinate to choose which of the 4 available time slots works best for your schedules
• Seeking university students or working professionals with experience in mentoring, training, or counseling

背景資料

This project aims to support student mentors (volunteers) aged 15 to 18 who have limited experience in counseling, mentoring, teaching, and communication skills. We are seeking volunteers/trainers to prepare materials and conduct the one-off online lesson for these student mentors before they deliver lessons to their young mentee.
