We still need volunteers for 9 Nov Thu] Operation Santa Claus is the appointed charity partner of Hong Kong Open, the 62nd edition of the city’s oldest professional sporting event. The 2023 Hong Kong Open sees the event return after a three-year hiatus due to Covid and will be part of the International Series on the Asian Tour. The signature Hole-in-one-challenge and games' proceeds will be donated to Operation Santa Claus's charitable causes.
A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
By volunteering with us, you get to be part of a world class international sporting events, while engaging with a wide range of general public in this fun-filled occasion. Funds raised will be used to support Operation Santa Claus charitable causes, spreading joy and goodwill across the city. This year, Operation Santa Claus is fundraising for 15 worthy charitable projects, supporting focus areas such as children & youth, elderly, community, environmental as well those with physical disabilities.

Operation Santa Claus (OSC) is an annual charity campaign jointly organised by the South China Morning Post (SCMP) and Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK). Since 1988, OSC has raised over HK$369 million to support 338 charity projects, sharing hope, and funding life-enhancing transformations to those in need. OSC is operated by SCMP Charities Ltd, a registered charity under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. The platform has been popular as it brings together corporate leaders, NGOs and the public to do good for the community of Hong Kong.
