• Join us for a 30 minute call to learn more about our organization, and discuss perceived areas of strength and areas of improvement in leadership style and needs
• Decide on the goals (e.g. strategy, personnel and board management) and timeline (e.g. monthly) for coaching sessions
• Conduct the coaching sessions based on the decided timeline / frequency
• Evaluate lessons learned and progress made, discuss areas and actionable items to focus on going forward
• Provide relevant management and leadership coaching support for management and leadership staff

We are looking for a professional coach/coaches to support our leadership team as we grow Mind HK from a start-up to a teenage organisation. Hoping to strengthen our leadership team to be more effective, offer them techniques in sustaining continuous growth in an organisation.
