• Review and outline gaps in our overall finance and accounting processes
• Develop recommendations for the processes of our financial reporting, book-keeping, grant management and budgeting based on multiple grants and sources of finance

背景資料

We are a fast-growing mental health charity that launched in HK 3 years ago. Since then, our team has grown from 2 to 17+ members, and we are constantly planning and developing new projects in line with our mission to raise awareness of mental health and support in Hong Kong. We are seeking a review and recommendations for our current systems in order to strengthen the robustness of our financial processes and reporting systems.

Efficient management and sustainability of our resources through financial management will help us continue our work in Hong Kong to ensure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone. Mind HK provides online resources, training, de-stigmatisation work and research to help more people access the mental health support they need.
