• Volunteer should have an existing Asana Account for demonstration purposes
• Looking for English-speaking volunteer

Mind HK is growing exponentially and is about to enter its 7th year of operation. As such, we have an urgent need to enhance our digital infrastructure for both external and internal purposes. The executive team wants to focus on digital enhancement in the coming year to streamline workflows, enhance our impact and reach, and ensure accessibility to all our resources and services. This is a core part of our sustainability plan. We need a consultant to support us in navigating this digital transformation process - specifically for the implementation phase of Asana use across the organsiation. This is will be integral in helping us enhance our impact across Hong Kong.

Mind HK continues to grow, and our existing systems and software need to adapt/develop in alignment with this. We need the right infrastructure to scale our existing resources and systems securely and effectively. Enhancing the usage of Asana will play a significant role in allowing us to ensure no one in Hong Kong has to face a mental health problem alone.
