• Advise on our current a smooth workflow to recruit and manage human resources (e.g. teaching staff, social workers, counselling staff), and re-design if necessary.
• We are looking for HR generalist, preferably with focus on recruitment, including manpower planning, recruitment platforms and selection plus showing interest in education. Solid experience on recruiting teachers or social workers is a bonus.
