Inspiring Girls Hong Kong offers free career and life planning programs to secondary schools in Hong Kong. We connect female professionals like you to with young girls form 14-18 years old who are just at the stage of discovering what is possible for them in the future.

我們可提供的資源

You will be invited to an 1-hour mandatory online training before meeting the girls. The training will help you understand the objective of the program, what it means to be a Role Model and give you useful tips for communicating with teenagers.

Based on our previous interactions with schools, it has been evident that there persists a notable disparity in the inclination and motivation to pursue STEM subjects or pursue careers in STEM fields, with girls generally displaying lower interest. Your involvement will play a crucial role in narrowing this gap by challenging the conventional perception of a STEM professional and igniting curiosity and enthusiasm in girls.
