• One volunteer will work from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm, while the rest will work from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
• Join a call to learn more about ImpactHK's gala and everyone's roles
• Handling beverages
• Spotting and taking down bids during auctions and pledges
• Guiding guests or flagging hotel staff if needed
• General assistance during the event
• Assisting at the reception desk
• Packing up
