- Join a 30-min briefing call
- Attend the event on 8 May (Thurs) 10am - 2pm
- Brief on the duties on the event date, how to support and assist on setting up the venue
- Help on registration of guests and direct to correct seatings
- Help on time keeping and keep smooth running of the event
