We have an agreement template for sponsorship which was developed years ago but it seems too simple and may not professional enough. We are looking for professional advice on how to revise the agreement template.

As we have to share a contractual agreement with many big donors in a year, it would be better to have an agreement template developed by a professional. It would help boost the professional image of Cancer Fund among the donors.

Hong Kong Cancer Fund is the city’s largest cancer support organisation, providing free information and professional cancer care support to anyone living with or affected by cancer. Established in 1987, our vision was to better the quality of cancer support in Hong Kong and ensure that no one faces cancer alone. Our work encompasses professional psychosocial care services, home care, peer support, funding of hospital equipment and local cancer research, public education, and much more, filling the gaps in cancer care. Hong Kong Cancer Fund's services are free. Receiving no money from the government or the Community Chest, we rely solely on public generosity to sustain our free and ongoing cancer support services.
