• Assist in the migration of HELP's CRM system
• Conduct an audit and transfer data from the current system to the new system, ensuring the seamless transfer of beneficiary, donor, partner, staff and volunteer, accounting, and inventory data
• Document the existing processes and collaborate in building the workflow for the new system design
• Assist with the development of an impact data measurement framework and metrics for each programme and activity
• We offer hybrid working arrangement, requiring a commitment of 3 days per week, with occasional Sundays
• Compensation of HKD 15,000 per month

Founded in 1989, HELP for Domestic Workers is an established non-profit within the domestic worker and employer community. HELP’s mission is to empower migrant domestic workers to access their rights through advice & assistance, education, community and employer engagement. HELP is committed to working with both migrant domestic workers and current and future employers of domestic workers. HELP is currently in the process of migrating its CRM system and is seeking a part-time officer to assist with the system migration, develop new workflows, and establish impact metrics.
