(Paid) Part-time officer to assist with the system migration, develop new workflows, and establish impact metrics
Founded in 1989, HELP for Domestic Workers is an established non-profit within the domestic worker and employer community. HELP’s mission is to empower migrant domestic workers to access their rights through advice & assistance, education, community and employer engagement. HELP is committed to working with both migrant domestic workers and current and future employers of domestic workers. HELP is currently in the process of migrating its CRM system and is seeking a part-time officer to assist with the system migration, develop new workflows, and establish impact metrics.
This is a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a commitment of 3 days per week, with occasional Sundays, for a 4-month contract period.We will have volunteer briefing, laptop for on-site work, supervision and a compensation of HKD 15,000 per month
Robust data with the new CRM system and better measurement metrics will help us to make well-informed decisions, increase impact and enhance work efficiency.

Since 1989, we have supported migrant domestic workers through advice, assistance, education and empowerment. We equip the employers of domestic workers with knowledge and awareness so that they can build a mutually beneficial relationship with their domestic workers.
