Review and enhance HR policies and processes for our start-up non-profit organisation
We have had some rocky experiences with staff management over the course of the last year when we had our first employees through government-funded projects. We would like to improve our policies and processes to provide more clarity to employees and ensure we are 100% compliant at all times with the minimal resources that we have as a small nonprofit.
(1) Current employee handbook (2) A sample HR Manual (3) HR Notion Page (guide/intranet) with links to all the team's resources (4) HR folders with current templates and tools (5) Airtable database for managing employees and volunteers
In order to ensure we are delivering the company's mission, we need to get a better grip on the processes related to managing our human capital to: (a) ensure our projects run smoothly and deliver the desired impact and that (b) the employees are well informed and empowered about the company's policies (c) the HR staff/volunteers are empowered to take care of the human resources functions without constant supervision
