• Join us for a 1 hour call to learn more about our objectives and our organization, as well as processes that we hope to automate
• Review our existing manual processes, including Talent/Volunteer Management and Finance & Accounting (e.g. reimbursement & receipts submissions, etc.)
• Review existing and advise us if there are any No-Code/Automation tools we can use
• Assist us in setting up the tools
• Experience with no-code tools is desirable (we use Airtable, Google Forms and tried some others in the past)

背景資料

We have some existing systems but the automation stopped functioning or should be further enhanced to optimize our processes. We are a very small team doing a lot of different things and thus automation is key for our success and delivery of impact.

We will provide a detailed breakdown of the manual processes and any access or resources you need. We have our own tools that allow rather simple automation such as Airtable which we will provide access to.

As a small team mostly composed of volunteers and temporary project staff, we'd love to get better at No-Code and automation tools to improve our efficiency and accuracy as well as compliance with our organization. We have some existing processes but with the fluctuation of employees and volunteers, we need to automate some of them in order to be able to keep up and also to free up time and resources for other tasks.
