我們需要

• Looking for volunteers with Work closely with our Programs Team at our office anytime during the week (flexible schedule)
• Support and help manage the day-to-day operations of the program for the Youth with Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) which may include program logistics, coordination, administration, accurately record students’ data
• Record students related information on Salesforce and maintain accurate learners, NGOs, Schools database
• Contact for students and delivery partners for the program if necessary
• Coordinate with local teams for operating programs and other initiatives; Managing and routing phone calls appropriately
• Organize documents into updated filing systems; Keep updated records on the programs’ status; Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the team

Generation Hong Kong is constantly providing education to employment services to different underserved populations in HK. To better prepare our program for the youth with SEND for a future-oriented career, we are now recruiting skilled volunteers to help us in program operations support. It ensures our learners gain sufficient support throughout the course, meanwhile our program runs smoothly and efficiently.
