我們需要

• The event takes place on 18 Oct, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
• Conduct a one-on-one (~30 mins) mock interview for 4 learners to prepare them for junior data engineer job application
• Provide a 10 - 15 mins feedback to interviewees during each interview session
• Complete a score sheet/feedback form (e-version) for our learner within 24 - 48 hours and send to Generation team for record
• Interview sessions will be preferably conducted in-person, or otherwise, via Zoom

Generation Hong Kong is constantly providing education to employment services to different underserved populations in HK. In order to better prepare our learners for a future-oriented career, we are now recruiting skilled volunteers to help us in giving mock interviews with our learners so learners can gain practical experiences for job interview in the future.

對我們的意義

During mock interviews, interviewer will encourage and empower interviewee to respond creatively and effectively. Through providing constructive feedbacks after mock interview, our learners will be able to gain real life experiences to advance their interview skill. By familiarising themselves with current interview settings and questions, interviewees will become confident and comfortable in real-life situations.
