• Work with our team to develop a roadmap for key milestones, objectives and next steps for marketing and branding
• Brainstorm and recommend strategies to increase reach and engagement of our social media (Facebook and Instagram)
• Suggest marketing strategies to encourage purchases of our organisation merch as part of fundraising
• Suggest website content/ graphics improvements to enhance organisation branding

Gender Empowerment supports the transgender community in Hong Kong through their Gender Transition - by providing the appropriate information and resources, we help trans individuals go through the different stages of their gender transition, to adapt to the changes in their appearances, bodies, daily lives and social relationships. Six years into our organisation development, we are now looking into further consolidating our branding and extending our reach within and beyond the community. We are working on utilising the resources and platforms we have on hand to build a stronger brand name and awareness, to network with varies parties with the ultimate goal of self-sustaining and development.

By improving our branding reach and awareness, including our digital marketing performance and product merchandise sales, we will be able to reach a wider audience within and beyond our community, to further assist in sustainable organisation development.
