• Work alongside the Director of Technology to manage all digital and IT systems, the participant registration system (Fusesport), any spectator ticketing platforms, marketing website, and any additional internal technology platforms
• Work closely with the Sport, Arts & Culture, Ceremonies, Festival Village and Events team to review and to configure the systems based on their requirements
• Manage all necessary deliveries required to continue to support and grow our digital platforms
• Ensure all technology systems remain in constant uptime and are able to support our various teams perform their duties
• GGHK Technical Stack: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Computing, Kubernetes for web applications and deployments, Hashicorp Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, Gitlab for source control management and technical project management, Monday.com for Project Management, Gitlab CICD Pipelines, Zoho for CRM and Customer Support channels, Wordpress and other content management platforms

Gay Games is a sporting, arts and cultural festival which promotes diversity, inclusion and acceptance. Gay Games 11 (GG11) will be a co-hosted event, and it will be the first time in the 40-year history of Gay Games that the event will be co-hosted by two cities: Hong Kong and Guadalajara, Mexico. GG11 will also be the first time that the event will be held in Asia, and in Latin America as well.

The Information Technology Lead / Information Technology Analyst ensure all technology systems remain in constant uptime and are able to support our various teams perform their duties as we prepare for the Gay Games in 2023. Managing a team of IT analysts, he/she will ensure all delivery priorities are met as we move closer to the games opening in November 2023, supporting a clear and concise project management/delivery process.
