• Analyze transactional data and provide updated expenditure figures to workstream leads
• Maintain the cashflow forecast for each workstream
• Monitor and flag to the workstream leads and finance director where workstreams are approaching their budget limits
• Reconcile actual and forecast data and provide appropriate commentary
• Support the wider finance team in the processing of payments and reconciliation of the bank accounts
• Join biweekly/monthly meetings to catch up and communicate with the team
