• Help to create access to advanced analytical data and support to other team members to access and propagate this data - Data will be used for multiple forms of internal decision making as well as drive success/failure KPIs around our social media and various other digital engagement strategies
• Work closely with our Technology team to optimise the performance and scalability of all technology and web application platforms hosted in the cloud
• Ability to generate reports based on various metrics and systems: Input from systems like Google Analytics, social media platforms, ticketing and sports registration platforms, etc.
• Help maintain a production data dashboard tool either (within pre-existing platforms or from scratch)
• Create conversion funnels to drive people to pre/register for GGHK & other GGHK-funded/centric events, and/or buy our merch

Gay Games 11 Hong Kong (GGHK) is a fully volunteer-run initiative, and a multi-sports, arts & culture international event of up to 12,000 participants and 75,000 spectators. We invite you to join a world class professional team of volunteers, and be part of making history in Hong Kong and Asia by bringing to life this event to be held in Hong Kong in November 2023.

You will be working closely with other volunteers who also have FTE engagements. An onboarding programme will be provided to ensure you understand GGHK with the support of an international team.
