• Work closely with our volunteer Head of Customer Experience and support then with the coordination/communication
• Assist participants and resolve any sport registration system issues through Fusesport
• Assist participants with general inquiries and support
• Update and maintain Helpdesk/Concierge knowledge database and GGHK2023 webpage Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
• Use web-based computer helpdesk ticketing system (Zohodesk) to answer and respond to participant inquiries
• Help define and revise standard operating procedures and standards when required

Gay Games 11 Hong Kong (GGHK) is a fully volunteer-run initiative, and a multi-sports, arts & culture international event of up to 12,000 participants and 75,000 spectators. We invite you to join a world class professional team of volunteers, and be part of making history in Hong Kong and Asia by bringing to life this eventto be held in Hong Kong in November 2023.
