• Join an 1 hour briefing call to learn about our orgnanization, call or message procedures
• Check in with domestic workers through phone call or Whatsapp message during their 2 year employment, mainly about their well-being and relationship with employers
• We have a list of guided questions and telephone script that volunteers can reference from
• Keep track of their responses properly on an Excel sheet
• Volunteers must be confident with speaking English
• You are welcome to volunteer any time within our office hours (Mon-Sun, exept Wed) 09:00am - 6:00pm
