我們需要
- 上門教長者做伸展運動，輕輕鬆鬆拉拉筋🎗️
- 出發前，本會會為義工提供簡單的運動培訓和培訓
- 探訪適合任何人士參與，不需具有運動知識亦可
背景資料
賽馬會與12間合作夥伴攜手，推行為期五年的「賽馬會眾心行善」計劃，透過一系列以科技及創新為本的參與模式，為學生、50+及退休人士，與社會大眾設計義工服務項目，共創全城行善文化。計劃包括以下項目及義工嘉許及獎勵計劃（於2023年底推出），透過具啟發性體驗，鼓勵義工持續參與服務。50+社群及退休人士義工推廣計劃以多元化的義工培訓及服務機會，為此社群注入新力量
