• Suggest other resources that we should create to help volunteers work with students more effectively

背景資料

We are a free English language program that recruits thousands of young volunteers to practice speaking English with their peers in weekly online sessions. We don't have any TESOL experts on our team, so we would like to get some support in helping design resources and materials for our volunteers to help them lead more productive sessions.

Volunteers are the core of our program - they meet directly with our students without supervision. At the same time, most of our volunteers are teenagers with minimal experience, so the success of the program depends on providing them with comprehensive resources that explain how to work with English language learners, what to do in sessions, and how to deal wth common challenges.
