背景資料

ENGin, a rapidly growing nonprofit, is building a new online platform for our peer-to-peer English language program. ENGin matches fluent English speakers with English learners in Ukraine for weekly online speaking practice. Currently, we use a Google Sheets database and Google forms to manage our multi-step onboarding process (applications, interviews, program agreement, and matching algorithm to pair learners and volunteers). We also rely on this system to support all active students and volunteers. As we have reached 5,000+ participants and continue to grow rapidly, we need a more robust system to keep operating. We've been working on a new platform for several months, but we don't have any DevOps expertise and our developers have not been able to figure out these tasks. We really need help from a professional to get this project done!
