我們需要

• You will be paired with at most 3 mentees, all university students
• Provide practical advice, life, and work experience, and suitable guidance to undergraduates
• Commit 15-20 hours to meet with mentees between January and June, meeting format can be online/ offline, dates/ times flexible
• At least 4 years of work experience in the corporate sector and in senior management level
• An online onboarding session/ briefing guidelines will be prepared for all mentors

Social Business Mentorship Program 2023 connects professionals currently working in the social and business sector with undergraduates who are passionate to gain in-depth knowledge in these sectors. Professionals are expected to provide practical advice, life, and work experience, and suitable guidance to empower undergraduates and assist them in preparing for the workplace and the future. Undergraduates are expected to be willing to learn, be responsive, and be proactive.

There will be an onboarding session to guide the volunteer at the beginning of the programme. The volunteer will be provided with the relevant information and documentation.
