我們需要

• Advise the managers in strategic planning, operation, and management of the Training and Development division
• By quarters meeting with the Division Manager to follow up on the progress of the division
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate training, event management or relevant experience; or experience in people development, talent growth, human capital
• Familiar with the social innovation ecosystem in Hong Kong
• Deep knowledge in design thinking, problem solving, coaching or any training framework

背景資料

The Division Advisors play an important role in guiding each division to define the KPIs and execute the programmes effectively based on the professional experience of the advisor. The advisor of each division is expected to have a deep understanding of the relevant industry and are willing to educate the student leaders. This is a one year commitment starting from Mid/Late September 2022 with an expected contribution of at least 12 hours of training, meeting and advisory.

There will be an onboarding session to guide the volunteer at the beginning of the programme. The volunteer will be provided with the relevant information and documentation.

This project will help Enactus Hong Kong to standardise the operation and set the foundation to scale up our impact.
