- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software will be an advantage
- Passionate about social media and design trends, and good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
- Have knowledge of or show interest in sign language and deaf community will be an advantage

CODA Hong Kong (Children of Deaf Adults) is the first of its kind in Asia. Established in 2013, its objectives are to help CODAs of Hong Kong understand and acknowledge their special identity as bilingual and bicultural, learn and develop potential skills, build a self-help community, and adopt positive outlooks of life. CODAs are the second generation of deaf people. We are therefore concerned about government policies of deaf welfare and sign language. Through education, advocacy, publication and academic research, we promote knowledge of sign language and deaf culture to the public and various stakeholders. We believe in building a society in which the deaf and the hearing integrate harmoniously.
