• Join a briefing call to align on the intern's job scope and responsibilities
• Host and allow 1-2 student interns to job shadow for 2 weeks in your company (both remote and physical are welcome)
• CoCoon Foundation will provide transportation subsidies to the interns, you do not need to provide any remuneration to the student intern.

背景資料

We would like to cordially extend our invitation to you in becoming an internship host this year again for STEP 8 - Startup Internship in the coming summer for two weeks (July-Aug 2021) to our students so as to provide them an opportunity to explore in the workplace and immerse themselves in the startup environment. Having secondary school students as interns at your company means a great opportunity to interact with the youth directly, learn from their interests and passions and gain company exposure to the next generation.

我們可提供的資源

We will organise a student intern onboarding meeting to prepare them for the internship prior. We will arrange a call prior, in-between and, after the internship period with you to aligning the expectations, manage their progress and mediate the communication with the student intern. We will provide 4-5 job descriptions for you as a reference. As Intern Host, you do not need to provide any remuneration to the student intern. CoCoon Foundation will provide transportation subsidies to the interns.

Starting our fourth year investing in youth, STEP Eight is the final element in our JCCSTEP programme. This internship opportunity will allow the star students to gain practical experience and learn about entrepreneurship spirit in through working in a start up.
