我們需要
  • Join our briefing right before the home visit (head coach will be teaching you a few exercise to do with elderlies)
  • Visit elderly's home, talk to them and show your care, report their needs to the social workers
  • Interact with elderlies and encourage / teach them to do some simple exercises at home
  • Home visits will be on 3 Feb in Cheung Sha Wan Lai Kwok Estate & 24 Feb in Shau Kei Wan Ming Wah Dai Ha
  • We highly encourage you to join both sessions!

Regular exercising habit is good for the body and mind, even for the elderly who cannot leave home or have mobility problems. We will visit the elderly at their homes regularly to help them building regular exercise habits and maintaining their physical and mental well being.

我們可提供的資源

Volunteers will have a briefing before the home visit. New volunteers will be working with experienced volunteer in pairs.

對我們的意義

Volunteers will visit the elderly regularly and teach them to remember some simple physical exercises, and also provide cognitive training exercises for the purpose of anti-aging and improving their physical, mental and social well-beings.
