• Join a 30-min briefing session prior to the beginning of the event
• The event will be held on 19 Apr 2025, volunteering hours will start from 8:00am to 7:30pm
• Assist with venue setup, provide navigation guidance, and help with post-event cleanup
• Assist with participant registration and provide support to activites booths, prizes redemption booths
• Support the egg hunt zone and logistics in the event

背景資料

The Ma Wan Easter Egg Hunt is a large-scale charitable fundraising event located on the main beach of Ma Wan Island. It will aim to engage 1,600 participants in 8 rounds of egg hunting with redeemable prizes and a variety of activity booths. The event has two main goals, which are to raise funds for Branches of Hope and the communities it supports and to share the true meaning of Easter with our amazing participants.
